Here in Raleigh...

So, I haven't had the chance to update my blog in months.  However, after some major changes in my life (graduating high school, moving out of my parent's house, and into Sean's apartment in Raleigh) I'm finally finding some time to write.

Life has been moving at light speed for me.  My amazing boyfriend and I are living together now, I'm working at Taco Bell (maybe not the best job, but for now it helps to pay the bills).  Also, I'm attempting to make this apartment livable.  I love Sean a lot, but wow this place was a mess.  Hopefully, in the next few days I'll be able to share some tips to get organized, create a budget (especially when incoming money isn't stable), keeping a clean home and getting rid of fruit flies, since Sean thought it'd be nice to start breeding them it seems.

On another note, Sean and I should start trying to spend some quality time together outside of the bedroom. I'll keep you updated on how our dates go and what I learn.

Life is really great in Raleigh.  I can't wait to share more of my amazing life :)

My first blog

I am suddenly inspired to write a blog.  I always tried to keep a diary, but I felt weird writing to myself in the future.  Hopefully, writing to an unknown crowd (however small) will keep me motivated.

First off, I am a senior in high school, with plans to go to college and study finance.  I am hoping to get a job as a Financial Adviser and move to Raleigh, North Carolina to earn my master's at UNC @ Chapel Hill.  I have high expectations of myself, but I am finding it hard to concentrate seeing as I have a bad case of senior-itis.  My grades are still high and my work for class is complete, but I am finding myself looking more and more towards the future of how I want to recreate myself and my image in the upcoming years.  Nothing drastic, but enough to make the change exciting.

Therefore, these blogs are going to keep track of my day to day experiences and adventures I have for the rest of my Senior year and hopefully to college.  You'll find out about my favorite books, clothes, websites, crazy life, and Sean (he'll become really important soon).
